How we handle your information.

1. What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (contact, lead audit, or build inquiry), we collect what you provide directly — name, email, phone, company, and the details of your request. We also collect basic, non-identifying site analytics (pages viewed, referring source) to understand what content is useful. We do not use tracking cookies to build advertising profiles.

2. How we use it

Form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver and support the automation systems we build for you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-party services we run on

Penn Enterprises LLC is a one-operator automation agency, and our own operations run on the same category of tools we build for clients. Depending on the workflow, form and inquiry data may pass through: Make.com and n8n (workflow orchestration), Anthropic's Claude API (drafting and synthesis), Supabase and Google Sheets (data storage), and Notion (internal CRM and operations records). Each of these processes data solely to route your inquiry to Keymon Penn — none of them are given standing access to sell or independently use your data.

Separately, Penn Enterprises LLC uses the LinkedIn API to publish content to our own LinkedIn Company Page as part of an internal automation. This integration only posts content we author and approve ourselves — it does not read, collect, or process data belonging to LinkedIn members or visitors to our Page.

4. Data retention and your rights

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to support an active client relationship or respond to a request, and delete stale, non-client inquiry data on a routine basis. To request a copy of what we hold on you, or to have it deleted, email kp@pennenterprisesllc.com and we'll respond within one business day.
